screw that. this is the price you have to pay when you are drawn in the servicing industry. be it you like it or not. despite how much endeavor being put in, shit happens everytime. work related issue is a thing i rather not talk about because i know that once i start, i would not stop.

lets talk about this company, owned by this much respected man. a noble man that gives away his money to the needy ones, and being too kind he in fact gives away scholarships to potential students to advance their study. a very pleasant man he is. this is just another small organization own by him. amid being attached providing maintenance services to this corporation for the past four years, zero trouble arises. loads of misscommunications, yes. endless compromises, yes. late payments, always. still, up to this point those are still bearable.

but, this is not about him personally.

being the only monopolist of their kind of business and on a major success, got to say that however this company dealt with employees coming in and out more frequent than i shop for my shoes, for some reason i don’t bother knowing. namely, those personnel from the hr department.

so there is this newly appointed hr assistant manager, who recently joined the organization. altering each and every single altitude and has a high expectation-no work syndrome in which is the total opposite of the abovementioned successful man. abet the total royal screwups behaviors, she is also the most professional board of director's ass-kisser. the upcoming best actress, pretending that things are better managed under her supervision. ensuring that less money are spent on maintaining recently renovated office spaces by making use of that one cleaner to clean the whole lot of three floors.

funny thing is, a revised quotation has been sent earlier this year, with an additional worker to be stationed there, and of course a tiny increment in the monthly amount. only to end up getting a call from this lousy lady questioning “kenapa mahal sangat quotation you ni?” and was answered in the politest way that i could,”maaf puan, harga tu pun memang dah harga kami paling rendah. harga barang dah naik sekarang ni, untung kami pun minimum.” and to my surprised, she replied “pandailah you tipu i, i tengok harga sabun kat giant dah turun jer.”

if only i could respond to her statement in a less harsher way stating that we aren’t those cheapskate cleaning company who uses those chemicals purchased from any convenient store and of course, i did and it was nothing near to less harsher. then out of respect, i just uttered the word sorry. yes, i am very much aware that i am very much in need of that anger management classes.

and that doesn’t just end there. she called back again the day after only to badmouth about me to my subordinate accusing me being unprofessional and what not. nothing that i could not handle there. i maintained my cool still, up til yesterday, when i received a call from my cleaner there saying that that lousy lady is making a total jerk of her, accusing irrelevant numbers out of our supposedly contractual clean-up jurisdiction. with all due respect, i am the only one to be blamed here. this has nothing got to do with my cleaner and it is just sad that this lousy hr lady are born with no self-pity of that old overworking makcik cleaner.

what i don’t get here is, how is it relevant for the hr units in revising any contracts on any given pricing. correct me if i am wrong, because as far as i am concern for all this while, the authorization of expenses and purchases are filed under the finance department. with limitations, hr are those people who are authorize in human resourcing and spends minimum amount of money only in trainings and such. nothing got to do with the tenderboards.

i have to be honest, it is easier to liaise with those peeps in government sector. although they always happen to be on that long hours of either coffee break or prayer break each time i am doing my usual stopover, at least payments are made within 14 days.

oh, lupa pulak. mana boleh ajak orang bpr minum. nanti kena tuduh kasi rasuah la pulak.

did i mentioned about this company pending payments? last patment received was on last september. do you own math and tell me how the hell would my tiny business survive? expending is just another fairytale story. haha. this is just sucky.

alright, now excuse me. i am going off with my multiuse pocket knife in hand to scratch off that lady’s car.

thank god for that multiuse knife. i might just as well kill myself rightafter while i am at it. no money will be wasted for that anger management classes you see.
