i am killing two birds with one stone here.

and this is on the first bird.

yesterday, yours truly was invited to attend a gala premiere of an upcoming local 3d animated movie in cineleisure. given only one invitation, that wouldn’t be a problem since being on my own at all time, unaccompanied for any formal or social events is nothing new. hence concluded that attending a movie premiere would be the same as watching movies at the cinema alone.

due to some unplanned circumstances, i was there half an hour late from the arrival hour requisitioned. dressed in office attire, in my black shirt, black knee-length skirt and that all the time favourite black 4” wedges, also seized in one hand is a black handbag of mine and a perfect looking diy hairdo to match the whole outfit in order to make myself look presentably proper for the event. i hastily made my way to the cinema, knowing that i was late, dashing the shoppers around confidently, looking posh and classy to maintain my poise-ness. thanks to the combo of the wedges and my handbag, those two never fails to construct a good feeling at anytime.

well, at least not until i climb up the escalator!

when suddenly the stability of myself slacks. not for the reason of me being the usual cekodok, in which misstepping any form of stairs, ramps or in fact flat level isn’t anything surprising. neither the 4" wedges to be blamed. i have ran and climbed the back of my wheels wearing my 5" stilettos. but to my surprise this time, the instability of balancing myself was due to the malfunction of locating the self center of gravity that was caused by my handbag! that heavy handbag in my hand!

my oh my, that dude behind me must have had the laugh of his life witnessing me forcing myself finding my balance and trying hard not to fall. and if i did fall pun, he is still going to have that laugh of his life witnessing me fell on my butt and down wards the moving escalator, opposing its direction. or maybe i would just intentionally put an additional forces created during my fall, and pretend to accidently knock him alongside (note: at this point of story, no bird were harmed just yet) so that i won’t be the only silly one in the picture here, and let some other random dudes have the laugh of his life pulak. just because of that one weighty handbag.

there goes my entire phony classy act. the great deal of cekodokness that i posses in me wins every time. still, i am one nice lady you see, i share laughters with everyone around me. sharing is caring darling. once a cekodok, always a cekodok. cekodoks will always be cekodoks. those are my life mantras.

thehehe, sangat malu sebenarnya.

and that was the first bird killed, and here comes the second bird.

so today i make the effort to investigate the mystery of this very heavy bag of mine that almost give me the hugest public embarrassment of my life so far. was tagged by this lady about a week ago, and should have had done it earlier. and i bet if the bag is lighter than it was yesterday, i might not humiliate myself in front of a stranger dude and a lot more of other stranger dudes and dudettes. life is full of what ifs anyways.

Nasib baik takde batu lesung dalam beg Lyana. I don't think I have some markers, but I have a few colored pens for use in my official black book of inconceivable rants. Yes I do have one of those. Hehe.
